This year’s trade fair appearance is all about cooperation for practical automation solutions. As a system integrator, ENGMATEC will be presenting the modular automation tool “fleximate” with integrated test systems for circuit board testing.
In cooperation with two other technology partners, we will be presenting pioneering applications for the medical technology, digital technology and eMobility/automotive sectors at the OMRON stand. ENGMATEC will be representing the automotive sector, where our systems are already being used successfully in many applications.

- Robot-based handling system: The modular handling system enables automated component feeding, sorting and further processing in various process stages.
- High-frequency test chamber: For testing modules within a shielded, interference-free test environment.
- Test adapter: A proven desk adapter for manual testing of printed circuit boards is shown, which is automatically loaded and operated by the “fleximate” robotic module.

Robotic Workstation Fleximate
The “fleximate” for automating a wide range of processes is the perfect overall solution for mechanics, control and material feed. The system is suitable as a stand-alone new workstation or for integration into existing production.

Test adapters for PCB testing
Our test adapters offer reliable contacting solutions for in-circuit and functional testing of electronic assemblies. Thanks to precise mechanics, durable contacts and customer-specific adaptation, they ensure quality in series production – and make manual test processes more efficient, traceable and robust.
High-frequency test chamber
The test chamber is designed for testing modules such as Bluetooth, WLAN or LTE within a shielded, interference-free test environment. Various assemblies can be tested in high-frequency ranges from 300 MHz to 6 GHz, including products from the field of radar sensors for autonomous driving and car communication.
