Single part production and module assembly

Based on digital design files, we also produce three-dimensional precision components using the latest CAM technology, from the prototype or individual part to serial production.

Our range of services here ranges from the smallest parts to boards with a size of 1250 x 600 mm. An optimum stock of tools enables us to process widely differing materials such as steel, aluminium, plastics and glass fibre reinforced composites.

Our strengths lie in flexible order processing and very short processing times.

Our comprehensive range of machines forms the basis for implementing widely differing requirements. We currently have 7 CNC machining centres, various conventional milling machines and lathes for processing up to 150 mm diameter.

A number of CAM workstations are available for accepting CAD data.

The SolidWorks CAD system on our workstations enables us to support you with the processing of your design files if required.

We can also offer to assemble complex modules by combining different production methods. We assemble individual components that we have manufactured in-house and bought-in parts to form complete units.

We can undertake the complete handling of your project including the whole logistics chain.
