With the standard ETH Test Handler, we have developed a modular in-line test system for small to medium-sized series.
The basis of this test handler is a robust toggle press, which can be fitted both with a servo drive and with pneumatic cylinders. With the servo drive, connections can be made to up to 4080 test points simultaneously on a maximum effective area of 400 x 400 mm.
An automatic interchangeable feed unit and belt width adjustment guarantee short set-up times and universal use of the handler. A flexible feature is the use of a PC-based controller, as is the facility for accommodating the measuring electronics in the lower part of the unit.
A comprehensive board handling program is provided to complement the test handler.
